cookierac: It sounds like you need a full blood panel done. Get checked for anemia, diabetes, have your adrenals checked, get a vitamin panel done if you can, get checked for IBS. This could be anything. Your body is telling you something's not right. Have you changed your diet recently? Keep looking for answers.

If you've been having constipation in the past then add some magnesium to your diet. Take it in a supplement form or increase eating nuts, dark chocolate, fish and more greens.
There's even a supplement called CALM that you can drink as a tea that has magnesium in it. You can buy it at a healthfood store. You're getting hemmorroids because you must be struggling to go to the bathroom. Also increase your fiber and water consumption.
