Thanks choirgirl, I indeed have tried this but everytime I wipe my nose the vaseline is removed so it is an ongoing chore if you can imagine the number of times my snozz requires attention in a minute or two. I have even stuffed tissue up there and that looks real pretty but even that isn't the answer but I would really like to know why the liquid is so toxic. I don't have a cold or any symtoms, it just runs steady in the cold weather. Maybe it's viral or a result of my diet, I don't know, just looking for answers.
