I get the same thing. At work I constantly have to fight off the sudden flashes of dizziness. Also, the weakness portion. I find myself thinking if I am having muscle issues. I think these are several issues, one I think is breathing issues caused by stress. It is known that hyperventalation causes hands and feet to become weak and vibrate during anxiety. There might be some overbreathing issues without you realizing it (yawning too much, mouth breathing, sighing alot). Like a mild form of it throughout the day. Also, anxiety draws blood to the organs, so your circulation system might be drawing blood towards your organs more (cold hands,feet, etc..) For dizziness, go a market and try Meclazine (motion sickness pill) and see that helps some of it.
