Re: Not gaining weight!
As far as I can tell you have no fat in your diet. I'm talking about necessary, unsaturated, healthy fats. With all that exercise and no fat I can understand why you are not gaining weight. Also, you have a lot of starch in your diet with bread and potatoes. Are these things what you eat daily?
Olive oil, avocados, and nuts are a few sources of healthy monounsaturated fats that are good for us. High quantities of Omega 3 will contribute to a more healthful condition as well. These can be found in things like salmon, sardines, flax oil and walnuts.
