You're smart to think about leaving the relationship.
she needs therapy, she needs more help than you can give her. it's not as simple as just "eating"....it's probably frustrating because you just want her to eat and keep the food down, but she has serious mental health issues to be doing this in the first place. They need to get to the root of her problem. I hope if you decide to end this relationship, you also decide to inform her parents about what she's doing......you could be saving her life.
