Sorry to hear your wife is feeling so poorly - very nice of you to seek help on her behalf.
I suspect your wife's levels, while in the normal range, are not HER normal.
Many doctors do not provide adequate doses of thyroid hormone replacement meds.
While the tests you mentioned might provide more info, the bottom line is the same - her thyroid levels need to be at the "place" within the ranges of normal that will leave her without symptoms.
If you'd like to share some of her lab history here, we can try to sort things out.
Please list her FreeT4, FreeT3 and TSH results, including ranges since they vary from lab to lab.
