To help the sperm, get dh to take vitamin C nd zinc tablets. It stops the sperm from clumping nd also gives there tails extra strength. U may also want to try some evening primrose oil, which is good for cm nd helping the little swimmers get to where there meant to go.
So i cnt help u on ur question about opk's as i dnt use them, i go by my cm nd cp.
