I have had below-range TSH ever since I was Dx'd with Graves' disease, thanks to the Graves' antibodies.

I still have my thyroid and developed debilitating hypo symptoms with mid-range FT4/FT3 yet my TSH was still below-range.

Knowledgeable doctors treat thyroid disease based on the actual thyroid hormone levels - the FreeT4 and FreeT3.

Since your FreeT4 level is SO low, I'd be looking at starting levothyroxine.
