Early morning workouts and losing 10 more lbs
I have 2 questions:
1), I normally awake at about 4:45 am and get to the gym around 5:15 am. So far, I've gotten good results (gains) and energy from NOT eating prior to my workouts. I've heard that you should eat something! Should I?
2), This is my week off after about 11 weeks of training. I still have about 10lbs that I want to loose! Could anyone tell me what I could possibly change? Prior to taking the week off, I did loose about 35 pounds.
Mondays (run 2 1/2 - 3 miles outside...hilly at some points)
Tuesdays (run 1 mile, then weights - shoulders, legs and abs)
Thursdays (Weights - chest, triceps and abs)
Fridays (run 2 1/2 - 3 miles outside...hilly at some points)
Saturdays (run 1 mile, then weights - back, biceps and abs)
*I do eat pretty clean...
