Hi according to what I have read, it is ok to do a brisk walk after eating up hills but not violent exercise after eating. I have also read that weight lifting can damage heart valves and so I do not recommend that to anyone. In my opinion no fats, sugars, meats, dairy and using more fruits, vegetables, grains and a spare amount of the nuts may also help.
