Have you tried decolonising your self of staph?
The method is to use Hibiclens instead of soap in the shower every day for 2 weeks, and smear neosporin ointment into the nostrils every day for 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks is up, start using a medicated soap (such as Safeguard) in the shower every day for a few more weeks to complete the process
