Yeah, I know there's a conclusive test for females- in fact it is recommended annually for all females over age 35.
It is my understanding that it can also be done on males, but it far more invasive (involving, as you stated, some sort of swab or brush inserted far into the urethra).
However, assuming you can find a doctor willing to perform this test on you... it should be just as conclusive as an HPV test performed on a woman; in other words, very conclusive.
