I had a BNI about a week ago, everyones reacts differently as the nerves can take a while to settle down, it can take up to 4 weeks to begin to urinate normally, at the moment i am peeing 2-3 times at night and every 2-3 hours during the day albeit the flow is weak and not for long, it can take 2-3 weeks for bleeding to stop completely and your specialist may prescribe drugs to help you recover. Best advice is get a good consultant and if in doubt go see him, bear in mind the more information you can give him, the better his advice will be, keep a diary of your recovery to help you.
