Well just remember that we are out here in the same boat right along with you. You are strong and you can handle this without a blade...remember that. Work on one of the worksheets that you like and try to just go to bed early. When the cutting pops in your mind, talk it down, and think of something else to think about to distract you..a silly movie, a good book you read, a great meal you had...
You can do it.....remember You are strong.
