Hi there. Are u binging and keeping the food down? I hope so otherwise ur opening urself another can of worms that trust me- isn't worth it!
Try wearing a braclet/wrist band that when binge/purge it will remind u how unhealthy it is for ur mind and body. also keep a food diary and allow urself a few treats a week. If u binge u loose all those treats at once. Keep it private. It's good to keep a private diary.
