Re: Different alcohol question

I'm answering my own question on here, and I'm thinking maybe no one replied because 1. Part of it is a no-brainer, lol and 2. Because maybe YMMV and I just needed to try it out. Well, it didn't wreck my weight loss. In fact, I maintained by the next day, and by the day after that, I'd lost a pound. I don't think that had anything to do with the drinking, but it was just that the day after I drank I worked out, had tons of water, and was very careful to eat well. In some ways I feel maybe I don't eat ENOUGH and so my body was happy to have the extra calories, even though they were bad calories. When I typed everything into my daily calorie counter, I was only 200 calories over normal since I tried to eat well the day I drank. And what I had was a ridiculous 764 calories of beer...gross, I know. I'm not trying to get people to drink, but if anyone reads this, I can tell them that maybe it IS okay every once in awhile, if you count the calories into your overall calories for the day, and if you are careful not to binge eat while drinking. Still not the HEALTHIEST choice, that's for sure! But this is my own experience.
