Hi!

A slightly neurotic question, but here goes. I'm a healthy 28 yr old. Very occasionally, if a get an intense adrenaline rush, my heart slows a bit and pounds. Then once the moment has passed it speeds back up to its normal 65bpm or so rate.

Just wondering if this was normal?
