Yes -- you can take too much of some vitamins. B vits are water soluble but if you are defiecent in one B vitamin -- taking 40mg daily I thing is too much because it creates shortage of other Bs long term.
It also is closely similar to estrogen.
B2 cause the urine to turn yellow.
You can also get Vitamin A toxicity.
