Where is the brain tumor located? A fast heart rate can be attributed to many things...caffeine, stress, anemia, and more. I'm not sure what aslightly lower than normal blood pressure would be. Are we talking 115/75 or 75/56? It all depends on the individual. If you have a bp of 75/56 and a resting heart rate that is over 90, check with your doc, especially if you are having 'tarry' stools or if your stools look like 'coffee grounds'.
