Hi there,

You could have contracted a strain of genital warts caused by the HPV virus. You should definitely see a doctor. It's unlikely to be a pimple -- there are not large, porous sebaceous oil glands on the penis like there are on the face, which is why it is not typical to get penile pimples. It could be genital warts. Like I said, see a doctor.
