i have the excat same syptoms head andear pressure, ears blocked and nose, neck and shoulder pain, blurred vision,and dizzy more when i move my headand neck , my neck some times feels swollen and it cracks alot , i am sure it is a trapped nerve in the neck as they can make you feel like this plus the blood supply wont be getting to your head and if it is a nerve problem it can affect all over your body, please if you find out what it is let me know
