Short answer: NO.

Longer answer: It's possible the contaminated water could have made your cells somewhat more susceptible to mutating into cancerous cells, but it's highly unlikely. If that were going to happen, it would most likely have happened a lot sooner, not at this late date. Plus, everything you've ever drunk/eaten/otherwise ingested would have eventually been processed through the bladder, so that's a lot of years where the bladder could have been inundated with irritating substances. In fact, smoking is a big factor in bladder cancer, which many people don't realize. (Not that you smoked...don't know that...but I did, 'nuff said?)

Out of curiosity (because I, too, am a bladder cancer survivor), at what stage were you diagnosed and how was it treated?
