Sort of off topic, but I'm wondering about the knee braces you are wearing? My doctor hasn't mentioned anything about one for me and I had thought about it because when my knee feels more stable, I don't tend to get the really sharp pains. Been good on that for a couple of weeks, but in the last few days I've had it slip/pop or whatever it does and have also had a couple of the sharper twinges. Nothing too bad though, my bigger complaint would be the constant ache.

My doctor hasn't mentioned much, I get the feeling the only thing he thinks is going to help is the injections. He did say they could go in and clean it out, but he didn't think I would get much relief from that. He didn't recommend it.
