Hi malvi4228. This may hold no water because I never been on a diet. How is your diet. Maybe more fiber. I am a firm believer of driking water - lots of it. Not gallons because you can die from doing that. Also maybe add another day on the treadmill and adding another 5-10 mins. I sure the other members will have more info. Oh, another thing, sometimes we reach a weight plateau where losing gets difficult. Hope this helps alittle. Good Luck
