Losing weight at 53 is highly imposible, infact once you reach 43 you battle, no matter what you do. I'm 47, weighing 80kg, and very frustrated. A friend of mine advised me to start eating Kellogs Special K twice a day for two weeks (don't know if that will help). I started on saturday, will keep u posted.
