Losing weight at that age is not impossible. My hubby (67) lost and kept off 60lbs for 5 yrs and counting give or take a few lbs. Recently my neighbor lost near 85lbs within one year. I know he drank some smelly green stuff from the blender 2x a day and traded take outs for home-cooked meals (he was single) He also eliminated salt from his diet. He works out on a treadmill too. Take out the sodas, sweets, switch to low cal beer (if you drink), drink water (my fav), and again, look at your diet. See what you can change and keep at it. But if you do have a sweet tooth there are lo-cal snacks and indulge once a week on the good stuff!
