Unhappy Cervical Bleeding

Hello all! Brand new to this site. Just a little background info: I had a complete hysterectomy 3 years ago after having endo. After my surgery my doctor told me that he left my cervix in place but removed everything else. I go to the doctor every year for a check up. I went to a new doctor this past Tuesday and during the examination he stopped and said that my cervix was bleeding. He asked me loads for questions and I told him that every now and then I have some pelvis pain, discharge, a very foul smell, and rectal bleeding. I tested positive for HPV 2 years ago and was treated. He immediately set me up for blood work and to have an ultrasound. I am worried because I am not sure what to think.

Does this sound like cervical cancer?
