For me, the Domperidone keeps me from getting full so quickly and lets me eat things like whole grains and vegetables. (People with gastroparesis need to limit fiber intake, because fiber means extra work for the stomach. Eat your veggies well-cooked and in small portions, no salads.)

It does help with nausea also. Compazine is good, too. I've had surgery a couple times this year, and the best part of the surgery is the anti-nausea meds I get beforehand! I keep meaning to get my doctor to write me a regular script for Compazine, but that hasn't happened yet, partly because I have other issues.
