no I never started to get any benefits, it can happen to anyone who has been approved I was told since in the ALJ fully favorable letter it states in there that the appeals committee can take your papers at any time within 60 days after the ALJ approval. They now have 200 days to either keep the decision or deny it and send it back to another ALJ.
