I too get the "shakes" in my hands at times...not sure why...I talked w/my Neurologist...and he did assure me that I do NOT have Parkinsons so that alone was a relief.

Have you talked w/your Neurologist about this? If not you should.

I hope you find some relief and have a pain free Monday.
