| Re: Heavy Bags and Severe Dry Eye
I am also having a similiar problem. I haven't wore contacts for years because of my dry eyes. I started wearing them regurarly about a week ago. One day I put the contacts in my eyes and put solution in them as well. A couple of hours later I had a little pain in my left eye and my vision was blurry. I took the contacts out and felt the worst pain ever. The contact lens dried onto my eye and caused a corneal abrasion. I was told that I should reconsider wearing contacts and use eye drops every day to releive dry eye symptoms. The wierd thaing about this is that I have a problem with the whole left side of my face. I can't wear an earing in my left ear lobe because I get bacterial infections, My left eye is more dry than my right, and my sinuses are inflamed on the left side. I have gum disease and tmj, which is also worse on my left jaw. However, no doctor has been able to tell me what is causing all of these problems. The only thing I can think of is hormones. However, the gynecologists I've came across refuse to test me because they said it doesn't tell them anything?? Sorry that I didn't answer your question.
