It should begin working after about an hour. 18mgs is a very low dose....you may not have any effect. Give it a week though, recording your feelings etc is a very good idea, it will help you and your doctor with your dose level, one which I would be willing to bet will go up soon. Take care and try to be patient, it can get frustrating... this ll just takes time.
