I personally believe it is due to hormones. I am hormonally deficient and when I orgasm I feel a sudden rush of nausea. makes sense that since I am deficient and orgasm causesa sudden release of hormones that it would make me feel nauseous.
I attribute the feeling to the Nexium I am now taking, since it started just after I started taking it. As for the nauseated feeling prior to the Nexium, I think it may have been stress/anxiety related.
