Haven't Slept Properly For Years - Don't Know What To Do
I have had this problem for a very long time now. I will not go to bed until incredibly late hours. Usually between 3am to 8am. I wake up around 3pm to 5pm. For a little while now I thought I might have Delayed Sleep Phase Syndrome, however, a few days ago I got an app on my IPhone which shows sleep patterns. I'm not sure how accurate it is, but it shows almost zero deep sleep for me. I'm starting to think I have a mix of problems.
When I wake up in he morning, even if I have slept more than 12 hours, it is incredibly difficult to get myself out of bed.
I want to see a doctor soon. What do you guys think?
