Well, the thing is, some of your rule-outs are necessarily ruled out.

A person can develop intolerances or allergies at any age, and you should probably be tested for that.

You took the antibiotics, but it doesn't guarantee that the bacteria are gone. A hydrogen breath test is the only way to be sure that H. Pylori are cured.

Have you seen a gastroenterologist? Possibly you need an endoscopy or other testing to see exactly what is going on here.
