You don't have Sporadic Fatal Insomnia. You have plain old rotten regular insomnia, and a terrible case of anxiety along with it. Trust me on this. I'm an expert on insomnia and anxiety and have been through what you're describing more times than I care to remember. I don't know if you have access to the ocean, or any bodies of water, but walking by the shore, the movement of the water has helped me in the past. Magnesium has also helped me sleep on occasion.
