i tried it a week ago once but did not like the effects. fast forward to yesterday i followed his advice again and took it once at night 10:30. so it started to wear off around 4:30am and i took notice and for whatever reason it made my heart beat faster than normal throughout the next day
my hr before i took it was 128-132/ 72-82
just checked my pulse and its 139-148 /85-89
feels like my heart is beating to much.
