Yes, Sjogren's often causes joint pain and fatigue as well as dry skin. CeraVe moisturizing cream is wonderful for dry skin conditions. Plaquenil is usually prescribed for the joint pain. RA often involves swelling of the joints, particularly the small joints first (e.g., in the fingers) while the joint pain associated with Sjogren's usually does not cause swelling or warmth.
The swelling under the chin is hard to say - usually the parotid glands are the ones to swell, and they're located toward the back of the jaw on the side of the face. The sublingual gland is located under the mouth so perhaps that's what is causing the swelling?
