Xhale, very interesting story. I agree with you that stress is HUGE in causing/excerbating reflux. It would be interesting to do a poll on this. I'm glad you got relief from the xanax, but beware of using it long-term. Doctors almost certainly know it exists. It's been around for a long, long time. But, in my experience, at least, they hesitate to prescribe it because it's addictive, or that's what they claim. (Although, come to think of it, that doesn't stop them from passing out addictive PPIs.)

Hi Eew, thanks for sharing the D3 story. There may actually be a link between D3 deficiency and anxiety. At least, that amazing Dr. Gominak believes D3 affects every cell in the body. Plus helps us sleep. So you and X-hale are both right.
