Thank you both for your replies! I haven't heard of the olive oil trick before.. how does that work? I know it's good for the skin. The good news is that I am noticing some improvement over the past couple of days. I will definitely keep an eye on it and look into a doctor if things continue or get worse. I remember this feeling back before I got a wrist support for my computer keyboard at work. I don't have one at home and should probably look into one. I may be looking into PT anyway for neck issues (already went through it but interested in a different technique), so I can always ask about getting treated for this too.
