I'm glad you are seeing a specialist this month and hope you will find a solution to your symptoms. I'm sure every case is different so it's tough for us to give advice here.

I underwent sinus surgery in Jan & did have a positive result. The first few days were a bit rough but I did get total relief of my infection & symptoms. I tried everything to avoid surgery (antibiotics, steroids, allergy meds, etc), but it turned out to be the ultimate cure for me.

I hope you will have confidence in the specialist you see (ENT?). If not, don't be afraid to seek a 2nd opinion. Good luck & keep us posted.
