I was wondering what you are using for your daily preventative med, the same as JaneWhite?

I have a mild case of asthma myself and this past winter the cold air bothered my lungs so much, my pulmo put me on Advair 250, which worked great. The only problem is it caused leg and foot muscle pains and cramps so I've been switched to Qvar.
