Re: sleeping my life away because of no energy. Can you help?
I feel your pain. My fatigue started when I was 23, and I'm now 29 going on 30. I can tell you that it's important to exhaust all resources that you can to find an answer, however starting with a healthy diet and better sleep schedule should be the first, followed by blood work and possibly anti-depressants.
I've been going through this for over 6 years now, and have yet to find the reason why my mornings feel like I haven't slept at all and my days are like walking through an ocean floor.
I use to live off 6-7 hours a night, workout for 2 hours a day, eat healthy as a horse. This came out of no where.
Nothing has worked for me, yet, and I'm nearing the end of my mental stability and will to live. Hopefully, you will have better luck!
