i really don't think so.I was diagnosed with HPV when i was 21 and I've only had the outbreak once .i lived with my boyfriend for three years and we were having oral sex regularly and he never even once got them.i think it depends with his immunity and if you have any visible warts.Most important thing is to let him know about it.
