I think it certainly couldn't hurt to try it.

I think you said that ketoconazole no longer worked. Are any of the following drugs yet available there? Jevtana (Cabazitaxel), Zytiga (abiraterone), Custersin, Denosumab (Xgeva or Prolia), Zometa (zoledronic acid) or Revlimid (lenalidomide). Some of these can be useful in combination and in slowing down metastases.
