Does anything happen around 6:30 PM every day that could trigger it? Certain food you just started eating for dinner within the past year? Maybe it's just the time of day when your body begins to get tired from the day... Bring it up with your doctor.
Thanks for the reply. Don't simple partial seizures only last a few minutes? This typically lasts 4 to 5 hours, and only dissipates when I'm in bed for the night and trying to relax. Also, the "brain fog" feeling never really goes away, though it is at it's worst toward the end of the night.
I don't eat as well or often as I used to due to the anxiety, could this be hypoglycemia or a blood sugar reaction/crash from not eating well during the day? I had a full breakfast and lunch today and I'm already starting to feel the symptoms come on though.
