Re: Need some help with my hashimoto's

Welcome to the board, although I'm sorry you're struggling like this!

I do think your symptoms still can be caused by your thyroid not being properly supplemented. (unfortunately doctors aren't always aware of that). Sure understand the frustration in that regard.

Your TSH 2.2 sure is still to high for a treated hypoT.
Unfortunately we don't have the FT4 and FT3 but in your previous results your FT3 remains low compared to your FT4, which indicated that you're not converting well and might benefit from adding T3. since you're switching to dessicated thyroid hormone (armour), which contains both T4 and T3, I'd think you'd benefit from that.
Of course it depends on the amount you're starting with. as far as I understand you were on 112 mcg T4 and started 120 Armour now.
I'm sure others are more knowledgeable in this regard. I'd think you might want to start off a bit lower. T3 is 4 times as potent as T4 (in theory), 1 grain (60 mcg) Armour is the equivalent of about 75 mcg Synthroid.
120 mcg Armour is the equivalent of about 150 mcg. so that could be too much.

Hang in there!
