I am glad you shared this information with others, but ... I live on these type foods for many-many years in juice form, sauteing, salads, grilling - you name it.
I am not saying it may not help someone, even if its not for Arthritis, it healthy in general. What can be better than cabbage salad, right? Worth to try, but one has to add it to your menu at least 3-4 times a week to see any results. It can't hurt, so eat, drink and enjoy!!
