The first thing I would do is ******** a headache diary from the internet, just look up "headache diary". Start keeping one of these and see if you can identify any triggers that are causing your headaches.

Second I would make an appointment with a doctor and see what he says about your headaches. Most likely they will refer you to a neurologist to see what they say about your headaches. They most likely will want to do a CAT scan or an MRI to rule out any serious causes. Then they may suggest an abortive or daily medication to help with the headaches if they are serious enough.
