I could have written your post - ugh!

I have bloating and spotting too. Not sure what to think. Bloat is normal from what I understand. "bouts of bloat" I think is what I read. Spotting is bugging me. I don't get that and I have read a few different things about that from normal to polyps, etc. If anyone else with experience has had this - please reply!
